USP/ Key features :
* Esomeprazole has been reported to have higher potency in acid inhibition than others PPI
* Also used in nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy
MOA :
* Esomeprazole : PPI (Proton Pump Inhibitor) blocks the proton pump which involves in final stage of gastric acid production.
* Levosulpride (D2 Receptor Antagonist)
Prokinetic Agent (Increase GI motility & Contractions)
Increase acetylcholine level in body
Composition/Class: Each 10 ml contains Esomeprazole 40mg + Levosulpride 75 mg
Indication : Dyspepsia , IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) , GIT Ulcer , Heart Burn , GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) , Nausea and Vomiting caused by chemotherapy
